This model fits 200 Series Land Cruisers with the roof rail style shown. They do fir LX570s with the same style roof rail as in the photos. They will NOT fit newer LX570s with the flush roof rails.   

Toyota specifies a maximum load of 165 pounds on factory side rails while moving.
