The side rails are constructed of 11 gauge Stainless Steel for excellent strength and corrosion resistance and powder coated with the same UV stable automotive grade powder coating as the Ruggedized Crossbars.
This rack utilizes our 5th Gen 4Runner Full Rack crossbars, so you can add on more crossbars including the wide crossbars for maximum flexibility.
The Stainless Steel construction is corrosion resistant, and should not rust with normal use.
This listing is for a complete GX460 Roof Rack. The Roof Rack comes standard with 5 Stainless Steel Ruggedized Crossbars, and a curved wind fairing crossbar, for a total of 6 crossbars.
Toyota specifies a maximum dynamic load rating for the roof of 300 pounds, 600 pounds static.
