This listing is for a complete kit of Ruggedized Crossbars for 2010+ 4Runner Factory Roof Rails. This kit includes one of our new Integrated Front Fairing Crossbars plus three standard Ruggedized Crossbars.
The all new front integrated wind fairing Ruggedized Crossbar features an integrated wind faring, which greatly reduces wind turbulence. The fairing does NOT touch the roof. Edge trim for a roof seal is no longer needed and is not included.
Comes with all needed hardware - M8 T Nuts, M8 button head bolts, and Nordlock washers. Nordlock washers are vibration resistant and take quite a bit of torque to loosen once tightened! These washers will not shake loose on the trail!
Our Ruggedized Crossbars will bolt directly to your factory roof rails with no permanent modifications to your vehicle. The Crossbars provide a flat, sturdy mounting solution for carrying tools, off road recovery gear, cargo boxes, and roof top tents.
Fully adjustable by sliding them to the location you need them. Compatible with many small footprint Roof Top Tents.
Featuring holes specifically spaced for MAXTRAX mounting pins for simple mounting of MAXTRAX.
Toyota specifies a maximum load of 135 pounds on factory side rails while moving.
Choose from Carbon Steel or Stainless Steel construction, both finished with black powder coating. Please see our new Aluminum option here.
Comes with installation hardware. The white logo shown on the fairing is an included sticker and is not installed prior to shipping. The LFD Instagram sticker is not included. Accessories shown are not included. Hi-Lift Mounts and our Traction Board Mounts are available under our Accessories category.
Works with 2010+ 5th Gen 4Runners (with the exception of 2010-2013 Trails and 2019+ TRD Pros).

One flaw I had to fix. You might want to pass it to your welder. The front bar welding seam had the run-off I had to grind down so it can fit snag to the side-rails. It was sticking out probably 2mm. Still have to paint this spot.

I think this was a very good addition to my 4runner. The bars seem to be very heavy duty and stout. However, I think during the manufacturing process an additional 1/8” of material should be removed from the fairing where it sits over the ribs at the center of the roof.
