Return and Refund policy

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled without fees within the first 24 hours of being placed. After 24 hours orders that have not shipped are subject to a 3% cancellation fee. Once shipped an order cannot be cancelled and must be returned and will be subject to restocking fees. 

Orders in process can be edited by contacting out team until the item ships. Contact our team for assistance. 

Built to order items such as large bumpers are subject to 30% cancellation fees once production begins. 

Returns

All non-warranty returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. 

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Items that have been installed and used are not eligible for return. Your item must be in the original packaging and you must provide an order number or proof or purchase. Items must be carefully repacked to avoid shipping damage. 

Any raw metal unpainted items that are painted by the end user cannot be returned after painting. Items that are make to order such as bumpers are NOT eligible for return. 

If you would like to make an exchange instead of a return, please contact our team for assistance. Exchanges can have restocking fees waived in many situations. 

Refunds

Once we receive your item, it will be inspected. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment minus the restocking fee and any shipping costs. Items that are clearly used or show signs of abuse or damage will not be accepted.

Once a refund has been processed the timeframe for credit processing varies by your individual bank and card issuer's policies, once we initiate the refund on our end we have no control over the rest of the process.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping costs are non­refundable.
