This listing is for a pair of 7/8 Roof Rack Side Rails Only! You will receive a driver side and a passenger side rail.  Re-use your existing Ruggedized Crossbars or add more Crossbars to make a complete rack.

A new Integrated Front Wind Fairing Crossbar is included when upgrading to these side rails. If you have an existing Integrated Fairing Crossbar from our Crossbar Bundle, turn it around and place that crossbar at the rear of the rack to act like a rear spoiler!

Our Roof Racks offer you an option no other rack does – the ability to upgrade over time!

We have designed our 3/4 and 7/8 racks to utilize the same Ruggedized Crossbars available for factory roof rails, so you can start out with a set of Ruggedized Crossbars only, and over time upgrade the side rails and add Crossbars as needed!

Compatible with our steel or aluminum Ruggedized Crossbars for factory roof rails.

Our 7/8 Roof Rack is ideal for those looking for a roof rack that balances additional capacity with weight and size. The 7/8 is ideal for the weekend overlander. It is big enough to use with a Roof Top Tent and still carry some additional cargo, or fully load out with cargo!

The 7/8 Rack sits directly over the sunroof. It should not interfere with venting operation, but will block the view. We typically recommend either a 3/4 or a Full rack if you have a sunroof.

Our unique Ruggedized Crossbar design utilizes a series of mounting slots to maximize ease of bolting on accessories, and work with M8 T nuts as well! Installing your accessories has never been easier.

The side rails are constructed of 11 gauge carbon steel or stainless steel with multiple bends for excellent strength and rigidity and powder coated with the same UV Stable automotive grade powder coating as the Ruggedized Crossbars.

If using a Roof Top Tent, we recommend a rubber grommet or other small soft spacer between the tent rails and the crossbar to prevent noise and wear on the powder coating.

Toyota specifies a maximum load rating for the roof of 300 pounds.
