Introducing the Expedition Essentials Track Adapter plate (TRAD)

The TRAD enables the user to install AMPS pattern diamond mounts on track based mounts from Expedition Essentials that use Ram Mounts Tough Track, and more.

The Expedition Essentials Track Adapter allows the user to configure their AMPS pattern base mounts from the set points of our pre threaded locations to the track and vice versa using the same base mounts.

 

The benefits of using AMPS pattern accessory mounts on track based mounts is the increased stability that the wider based diamond mounts offer; Increasing stability for larger electronic devices. 

 

Each TRAD purchased includes

  • One plastic injection molded base plate
  • Two Zinc plated threaded slider plates 
  • Two 10/32 Black Machine Screws

Options for with or without Ram Mounts Diamond mount available.
