Low Profile Full Roof Rack System
Eight years after introducing our original Full Roof Racks—now proven with millions of miles on and off road—we are proud to launch the largest redesign ever of our full rack lineup: the Low Profile Full Roof Rack System.
This new generation rack maintains the legendary strength and modularity LFD Off Road is known for, while significantly improving fitment, aerodynamics, and noise reduction.
Heavy-Duty Crossbars & Modular Configurations
We continue to use our proven steel or stainless-steel crossbars for exceptional strength and ease of accessory mounting. All hardware has been upgraded to black oxide-coated Grade 8.8 stainless steel M8 button head bolts with Nord-Lock vibration-resistant washers for maximum security on and off the trail. The rack come standard with Five crossbars plus wind fairing crossbar, for a total of Six crossbars.
Low Profile Stainless Steel Side Rails
The new low-profile side rails are constructed from 11-gauge (.120") stainless steel and finished in our durable black powder coat. Stainless steel side rails are now standard on all full GX460 racks; selecting a “Stainless” rack option adds stainless steel crossbars only.

No drilling or permanent modifications required
Installation uses factory mounting points and is completely non-invasive. Due to side rail rigidity, the center mounting points are not needed and is blocked off during install using Toyota OEM Roof Rack Mounting Block Off Kits - included with hardware.
Improved Aerodynamics & Reduced Noise
The redesigned wind fairing features a steeper angle than previous generations, improving airflow for better efficiency and significantly reduced wind noise. Lights can be bolted to the top of the extrusion
A rubber edge trim with cushioning bulb is included. For added paint protection, we recommend applying 3M paint protection film beneath the bulb where it contacts the roof.

All racks include:

Black oxide-coated Grade 8.8 stainless steel hardware

Nord-Lock washers to prevent loosening under vibration

Delrin spacers for rain gutter mounting (caulking required), spreading load evenly and preventing galvanic corrosion
These components ensure the rack stays secure even during aggressive off-road use.

Load Rating
Toyota specifies a maximum dynamic roof load rating of 300 lbs. Always account for vehicle specifications, driving conditions, and load distribution.
