Low Profile Rack for 2nd and 3rd Gen Tacoma Double Cab - 2005-2023
Our Low Profile rack features either steel, stainless steel, or Aluminum Extrusion crossbars, all finished with black powder coating, and Stainless Steel formed side rails featuring a stiffening bend for incredible rigidity and rust proof construction.
Heavy-Duty Crossbars & Modular Configurations
Available with steel or stainless-steel crossbars (shown on Orange Tacoma) for exceptional strength and ease of accessory mounting, or popular Aluminum Extrusion crossbars (shown on Blue Tacoma). All hardware has been upgraded to black oxide-coated Grade 8.8 stainless steel M8 button head bolts with Nord-Lock vibration-resistant washers for maximum security on and off the trail.

Low Profile Stainless Steel Side Rails
The new low-profile side rails are constructed from 11-gauge (.120") stainless steel and finished in our durable black powder coat. Stainless steel side rails are now standard on all Tacoma racks; selecting a “Stainless” rack option adds stainless steel crossbars only.

Improved Aerodynamics & Reduced Noise
The redesigned wind fairing features a steeper angle than previous generations, improving airflow for better efficiency and significantly reduced wind noise. Lights can be bolted to the top of the extrusion
A rubber edge trim with cushioning bulb is included. For added paint protection, we recommend applying 3M paint protection film beneath the bulb where it contacts the roof.

Nord-Lock washers to prevent loosening under vibration

Delrin spacers for rain gutter mounting (caulking required), spreading load evenly and preventing galvanic corrosion

Load Rating
Toyota specifies a maximum dynamic roof load rating of 300 lbs. Always account for vehicle specifications, driving conditions, and load distribution.
